Joint Ventures
I have a growing list of business ideas and concepts that I wish to develop and believe that most of them are viable business models. Some are little more than ideas, whilst others have received a huge amount of time and effort to get them to the stage they are currently at.
I need equity partners who will take these ideas forward and get them up and running as profitable businesses. I do not have funds available to me at this time and in most cases the amounts needed are not that large. I prefer to find partners who are willing to invest some of their time and resources into a project on the basis that they own a good equity share. I’m not talking about a minor stake either. I believe that if I own 25% of a booming profitable business is much better than owning 90% of a business that makes no money!

By investment I mean either cash or resources or a combination of both. In all cases I will share the Intellectual Property Rights and the business with all the partners. Some of the above already have partners or are currently under negotiation. I’m not interested in holding 90% of nothing - rather 20% of something that is working well and generating a great income for everyone.
I am always looking for people or businesses that have excellent software development skills, funding or business management capacity for these projects.
