Mentor-Power is a new concept that uses the power of a number of people working together in a team to Mentor each other to the benefit of everyone involved.  The concept demands that a team of seven people who live and work close to each other, commit by agreement to work for a period of 48 weeks, meeting each week, to assist the others in the team achieve their goals.

Each team is also part of a larger Group, consisting of 8 teams in total.  Members from each team also visit other teams in the group, ensuring that all 56 members have benefit and recommendation of everyone else. The Mentor Power formulae will be clearly defined and documented.

The model for Mentor Power has a financial benefit to all.  The team members pay an annual fee to be a member of the team and benefit from an increase in business and profitability. The team leader, who must have previously been a member of a team, guides the new team without cost but will after a period of time be able to create their own group.  Group, Region and Country Leaders earn from the income generated and will end up with substantial businesses.  It is proposed that once the process has been completed, the Intellectual Property (IP) will allow this to become a franchise type product, available around the world.

But there are lots of organisations that offer help, much of it free!  Agreed! But the whole point is that here each member has the help of at least six other people, every week for a whole year. This means that they all get involved with each other, become friends, give their help free, share their experiences, help carry out the necessary actions - and because they all know you very well - they will become advocates for what you do!  With a cost tag of around £650 that represents little more than two days consultancy from a professional business consultant - and in two days what can they know about what you do!

I am seeking the skills needed to take this idea to the next level.  We will require some funding to cover the cost of developing a special web site, the mentoring material and for marketing. I’m open to any ideas or thoughts although at this stage I prefer to work with individuals who are located in the UK although development of software may be done outside.

If you want further information, register at the web site or contact me.
